spsmiler Posted August 16 Share Posted August 16 This explains everything A while ago I read a message by the owner saying that his opening hours were going to be fluid so as to fit in with his dialysis. Anyway, I visited this shop today (Friday 16th August 2024). It was a long journey from where I live but there are so few model shops in London and whilst many other model railway shops scattered around the UK provide excellent mail-order service I only wanted a few items (all track) which can attract expensive carriage charges, plus I wanted to look at and compare the different brands before choosing which one to buy and to put it simply I am fed up paying mail order fees. Unfortunately when I got there I found the shop closed with signs in the window saying that everything is 50% off. As an aside, I had delayed my visit to coincide with a visit to see someone at the nearby Queens hospital, so the journey was not wasted. 2 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
