Yes they do. I upgraded all my 2 pin tender bottoms to the 4 pin ones because having the decoder in the loco made fitting the loco together fiddley and very easy to break the valve gear. I think you can still get the complete 4 pin tender bottom with wheels, socket and DCC holder for not much more than the tender base on its own. I think Lendons still have them.
