Booked a Premier Dalesman Trip for the in-laws in June. 
 

Paid £100 deposit February 
 

£631 balance due requested by WCRC 

 

Attempted to pay. 

 

Server down not accepting online payments. 

Emails unanswered. 

Phone calls busy on holding loop (with generic extremely annoying music)

 

Any similar experiences maybe connected to the ORR and Mk1 fiasco ?

Yep quite likely. Have a dinner on the KESR's Wealden Pullman, the food is wonderful on there.

At least on a mk1 train you ought to be able to get the typical British Railways curled-up ham sandwiches.

You booked and paid deposit.

They requested balance.
You tried online ad by phone. Didn’t succeed.

Eventually full refund given.

 

Did you request refund or have they cancelled?
