Thanks for all the evocative pictures Gilbert. Kind regards, Richard B There is a very slight lean to it. I think it may have had a bang during its 20+ years of life. However, the camera is also to blame, because, as you say, it has exaggerated things considerably. This signal is one of the next on Graham's list though, so when he has the time to make a new one, this will be retired, and the camera will have to look for something else to mess around with. 1 1

RMweb Premium 45156 Posted October 11, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 11, 2021 Nice work there, Gilbert, and I'm sorry that I've been a stranger for some time, as a pending house move has restricted my RMWeb activity, but this is still one of the few layouts that I have time to follow. 1

I love the little detail of the fogman's hut leant on one side, waiting for inclement weather. One of the many reasons why this is an iconic layout. Only improvement was a better paint job, and that was done 25 years ago. 1

Hi Gilbert i thought it looked far superior to the standard RTR Bachmann V2’s, just goes to show what a good paint finish can do to a model locomotive.
