Production samples are here with me, they will be going to GETS at the weekend then will be photographed shortly after. Hope this helps Thank you for the response! But which cab? By right you mean the "slotted" window type that was on multiple of the previous batch? They got 14 Mk1 Subs and a Class 31 in one box. No matter how I try, I can’t get them all back in! Roy 1

RMweb Premium Nova Scotian Posted October 11 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 11 So, are they at the warehouse, or still on a ship? If a ship, I think we should be given the name so we can track it. That ALWAYS goes well on rmweb :) If at the warehouse already, well, just going to have to wait aren't we :) I won't get mine until late November anyway, when my partner brings mine to me. She'll think I'm hopping around excited to see her, not the contents of her suitcase... :D 1

GreatWesternFan220 Posted Friday at 11:55 Share Posted Friday at 11:55 Pleased to see the corrected 3 link couplings on these samples as opposed to the undersized ones on the previous Hattons models. Hope those become individual detailing accessories like the Instanters and screw link couplings (fingers crossed). Can't wait to receive my two!

I didn’t mean a terrorist group attacking a bloody ship for toy trains 🙄 It was only a few years ago I witnessed a large amount of Hornby products that had clearly ‘fell off the back of a lorry’ being offered very cheap on a local market stall, that’s the sort of security risk I was referring to. But well done, point taken 👏 Edited Friday at 12:31 by Guest

You mean you want us to give the armchair experts an opportunity to suddenly realise they are experts in shipping and freight forwarding as well, and the opportunity of educating everyone on why the Captain of MV Whatever isn't up to the job because he could have shaved 10 minutes off the transit time between the Cape and the Suez? I think we'll save the internet that pain 🤣 Best wishes, Paul.
