Exhibition opening times.     Saturday 10am - 5pm    Sunday 10am - 4:30pm

All major credit cards accepted
Adults £17.00 (accompanied under 16 year olds free).

Family Ticket £25.00 (2 adults and 2 children) SUNDAY ONLY

NEW Due to the extra costs incurred providing the facility of purchasing advance tickets we have decided for our 2024 exhibition that we will not be offering this facility, we will however review the situation for later exhibitions, apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

The Stafford Exhibition in 2024 will be a week later than previous years and will no longer clash with the 2024 Scaleforum Exhibition

The new facilities of Bingley Hall have been huge success in the last two years with its much improved facilities and almost twice as much floor space as in the three adjacent halls we used prior to 2022

We presently have over 50 layouts booked to attend and around 60 traders, to supply all your modelling requirements.

Further information is posted on our website www.staffordrailwaycircle.org.uk/exhibition

The demonstration area returns to the balcony area as in 2022

NEW for 2024 will be a dedicated area to encourage families and children to enjoy this wonderful hobby.

NEW On the subject of younger members we last year teamed up with a local scout group who over the two days of the exhibition provided much support in many areas of the exhibition, including stewarding, cash desk area and helping out in the tea & coffee area used by the traders, members and layout.

NEW Stafford Railway Circle in return have paid for scout camp weekend as a thank you.

NEW We are also organising a modelling event at our clubrooms to enable the scouts to obtain there Modeling Scout badge.

NEW We will also be having a very large Playmobil layout built by father & son on the balcony area as well our legendary Hogsmead on Sodor (Thomas Layout) in our continued effect to attract families with children and introduce them to the wonderful hobby of model railways.

Disabled access to the first floor together with full facilities whether a cuppa, snack or light meal will be available.

As in previous years there will free parking for well 2500 vehicles and a courtesy bus operating from Stafford Station on both days.

BOOK A DATE IN YOUR DIARY Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th September

Having been in 2023 and with the sad demise of Warley, this show is top of my list for this year, along with Soar Valley in Loughborough.

Stafford show is always a must do in my railway exhibition diary.

One thing the club does so well is getting very large aisles between the layouts which makes the show far less claustrophobic.

We are very lucky having large venue with lots of space enabling wider aisles in such a good location and good public transport links.

Having been to several otherwise very good but over-crowded shows in the last year (and cut short my visits as a result) I'm very happy with the generous space available at Stafford...

As an elderly punter, the spacious nature of Stafford makes it a very easy show to enjoy, and the catering is excellent. I am unable to pencil in a visit just yet, as I'm having a new roof put on my terrasse this September, but might hope I can still slip across for the third successive year. Inevitably it is also a hub for some RMwebbers and so a degree of conviviality is assured, too. [My chances are helped by the fact that Sherry used to live locally, retired from teaching Year 6 at a school further down Weston Road, and so has multiple friends she can importune while I enjoy myself!]

Just to clarify-

Bregstadt which is listed as 2mm/N was originally down as Bregenbach im Schwarzwald.

On the website it says Bregstadt HO, and has pics....

Bregstadt is now going, rather than Bregenbach, but please note it is TT scale.

Update- it is Bregenbach im Schwarzwald that is going.

Yet again I'm working that weekend, so I've booked a day off

Looking forward to it.

This will be the first September show I've been to,  so no pressure.

TREGURRA DRIES is featured in the September issues of Railway Modeller out this week and will be one of the 50 plus layouts attending the Stafford Exhibition to be held over the weekend of 28th & 29th September

Also a former lay-our OIL Drum LANE built by Mark Murray will also be at the exhibition.

Another layout SAN CLEMENTE will also  be at the exhibition and featured in the September issue of Continental Modeller published next week.

Look out for one page adverts in both magazines for a full details of all layouts and traders at the exhibition

Looking forward to this show as always. Almost certainly the best bang for your buck in the country (model railway wise). I will definitely be going as a paying visitor again this year.  I do enjoy exhibiting at Stafford, probably because it is a genuine club show and I have done so quite a few times.

I do have a layout which was never designed to be an exhibition layout but has now been made exhibitable. It would be available for Stafford if wanted and would be very cheap. In fact as its for you folks I will pay for the petrol myself so it would come at zero cost - well apart from lunch anyway.

Good Morning All

I have just had a email from Ron of Totem Signs to say he is unable to attend the Stafford Exhibition over the weekend of 28th & 29th of September.

Does anybody else know of another trader who offers the making of vinyl signs at the exhibition that may be interested in attending the Stafford Exhibition

Unfortunately this is the second trader that has to pull out as Baz Models is unable to make it due to issues beyond his control.
