Early 80s BR blue was the world I grew up in too, full of atmospheric memories. so I did my best to recreate a tiny bit of it.

Guest
Nice shots of these two ferry wagons. I do like the weathering you have achieved on these wagons.😊
SouthernBlue80s
25190 has turned up at the run fown yard end sidings. This loco always seemed to follow me about. So I had a soft spot for it. 5

SouthernBlue80s
Reworked 50037 into that dirty late 70s early 80s state. I keep meaning to get hold of a large logo 50 and lightly weather it as a contrast. Iooking at the pictures, I think the roof could do with a bit more work Edited November 24, 2023 by SouthernBlue80s 13

The Bandit
Love the shunter. The picture oozes filth and down-at-heel misery. Hope that’s what you’re trying to portray! If not, my apologies!

RMweb Premium MAP66 Posted June 22 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 22 Steve, Just catching up for the second time around, seems even better than I remembered from the first round. I love the grotty scenery just as much as the superb weathering effects you manage to achieve on your diesels and rolling stock. Can I ask about the lighting, as it comes across as very natural, adding to the atmosphere of the whole scene.
