Hornby tender drive GWR 28XX 2-8-0 SOLD

I'm selling on behalf of the Corris Railway this GWR Hornby 28XX 2-8-0 . Donated to the society I have inspected and tested it. It's the tender drive model which runs hesitantly over points and curves, I suspect that either pick up adjustment is needed or that the wiring between loco and tender requires investigation.  Downside? Well apart from the issues mentioned it's not DCC ready so would need a decoder hard wiring in if that's your thing.

 

Price, £25 now £20. (Don't be misled by the frankly optimistic labels on the box!) Happy to accept Paypal, bank transfer or cheque (though there will be a delay in posting until it clears)
