A bit frantic. A quick set up yesterday evening and an early start this morning. Most things are running fine. The location in the show is close to the entrance, and until I informed them that the inner door was locked open windswept and bloody freezing.

More like the Nithered Arm than the Withered Arm...

Gratuitous loco and stock images to follow.

That all looks very neat and businesslike. Apologies for the slightly sloshed thread bump this morning, but I was thinking it was a little quiet, response wise., Hopefully you found some help or another way around the problem.

This time next week is South Shields Salvation Army, https://www.ukmodelshops.co.uk/event/24757-SalvationArmySouthShields_Exhibition. One of my favourite friendly shows in aid of good people. I have realised that this is 25 years since the very first one at Sherburn Hill in 1998. We missed a couple of years due to the pandemic, but some of us who attended that show are stillstanding. Just...

One star attractions this year, apart from Sheep Lane will be the lovely Penny. I love shows where you can take your dog.

Less than a fortnight to Sheep Lane's next outing at Goathland 22nd/23rd July. Followed by Mutton at Thirsk the following Sunday 30th July.

I will be accompanied by Penny as planned. However not planned but up for a challenge I will be bringing Fred and Syd, who joined our family 3 weeks ago.

There will be some new stock too. Completed before the Memsahib and I took leave of our senses.

I notice two of the vans are carrying essential t-r-e-a-t-s...

I don't think they will be edible anymore, plus too rich for the boys growing digestive system. For anybody coming to Goathland or Thirsk, Fred and Syd prefer these;

Penny likes Bakers Allsorts or Bacon Twirlers, or just Bacon. Sensible girl.

The two new members to the family Fred and Syd look gorgeous.❤️

The weathering on your wagons are nicely done.👍

Thanks for your comment. I will be demonstrating wagon weathering at Redcar show on 5th/6th August. Unfortunately without the Border Terrorists.
