Last years Championship was definitely tarnished, and even if you were a Max Fan, and celebrated his win, deep down inside you would know that without RB/ Masi intervention he would never have caught Lewis, won the Race or the Championship. On paper it will always show a MV Championship, that cant be denied, but in any report / Book or film it will always have to say it was manipulated, and therefore not fairly won, even though he did have a far better season overall. Historically sport (in general) has frequently got along fine with the officials' judgment is final. Do we want more and more scrutinising the data for hours or days on end, frequently not knowing the result until quite some time after the chequered flag? I admit that my opinion is biased by my ever-increasing dislike of technology integration in to everything, especially when it comes to monitoring and recording.
