Neils WRX
Thought I’d start the annual topic with Piko, who have a few items I’m tempted with: Belgian and Danish Nohabs as well as a CD 720 in Red with a yellow band. https://www.piko-shop.de/de/warengruppe/neuheiten-2022-428.html?lang=de Stay safe everyone, Neil 3 2
SimonBoulton
I’m pleased that they are doing the Y Wagen coaches as CSD variants and a new model of the Soviet sleeper
bluedepot
thanks neil! i wonder why they are making nohabs? yes they are popular - but its a crowded market with Heljan, b models, roco, nmj and other olders versions. anyway i look forward to seeing them and might be tempted! there is belgian version of a prussian 2-8-2 tank engine as well i noticed. i quite like the ns 2000 (american whitcomb shunter) but can't keep buying expensive trains... cheers tim

Allegheny1600
There’s a photo of a page from the new Hornby/Jouef catalog here; https://forum.e-train.fr/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=93901 showing details of forthcoming SNCF TEE ‘Grand Confort’ coaches in H0. These would be very, very welcome if it comes to pass as the old Jouef and indeed, Lima models are really just toys and the very nice LSM versions are as rare as hens teeth and twice as expensive! They always go for over €100 per coach if they come up.

A few Hornby Skaledale items in there (e.g. R7339 War Memorial) except they don't appear under Hornby listings! I do like the look of the (FS) E402.142 in the new RFI livery but those colours are a bit on the bright side. I hope they are correct when the model arrives. Hi Gordon, Quite right, I don’t know if I could ever have a scale length ‘Etandard’ or ‘‘L’Aquitaine” on my layout BUT all I meant was that; a. This is a price to be expected these days. b. It’s quite a bit cheaper than the online auction prices for the LSM versions. also, c. Did these coaches ever run in short rakes, please? Cheers, John E. SimonBoulton
A few interesting items but mostly re-runs of previous models. Last year was pretty expensive so not necessarily a bad thing Edited January 14, 2022 by SimonBoulton already posted
RMweb Gold Maltazer Posted January 14, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 14, 2022 Yeah I've still got loads of pre-orders outstanding from last year! Just the E656 a possibility for me from Roco - unless it turns out to be a re-run of a 30 year old model...
