The Evil Bus Driver
@McC Are the magnetic couplings going to be made available as a spare for mk2 stock? It'd be handy to have a few extras. I know the Dellners are. 3

It'd be handy to have a few extras. I know the Dellners are. I gave magnetic couplings (Hunt, not Accurascale) a good test on our club layout yesterday, KOYLI with load 14 of WCRC coaches - a mix of AS and Bachmann Mk2s and Hornby and Bachmann Mk1s. It worked and looked and sounded magnificent, but I think it was approaching the limit for magnetic couplings!
MistaMatthews
Sincerest apologies if this has been covered already, amateur here. I bought 4 of these mk2’s in WCRC livery with the idea of renumbering two of them. I’ve had a good search around and so far have only found 5453 to be a suitable renumber. Does anybody know of any other suitable numbers? Many Thanks! No you're not missing anything :) they are all Diagram 105 Mk2b TSO's - no 2b TSO's were ever built (or later converted) with centre doors. Only the Mk2 & 2a TSO's had the centre doors / transverse corridors. Note 5463 & 5491 were both scrapped last year if that's of any relevance. Bob Edited May 13 by Bob Reid I couldn't spell Diagram :) 3
