GBRF facilitating a rescue. 19.29 front portion on the move. Hoping to be cleared by 2130 (ish). Network Rail MOMs aren’t competent to couple trains, although they’ll assist the FOC staff as required. Also FOC staff especially shunters are only booked at certain sites for certain trains/hours, only big centres like Crewe Basford Hall, Bescort, Doncaster will have staff onsite 24/7, and then they’ll have booked work to undertake.
