birdseyecircus
So following on from my Stoneferry engineering micro in the 7mm section I have had another bash at something else. Some scrap wood has been staring at me for ages so along with some spare peco track and a re-found draw runner I set to work to see what would fit. birdseyecircus
Working silly shifts at work has slowed progress but over the last 10 days I managed to construct a retaing wall out of card, foam board and plasticard. Paul

RMweb Gold Kevin Johnson Posted August 17, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 17, 2020 This looks like the beginnings of a nice little traverse layout. Look forward to seeing more. 1
birdseyecircus
I have done a little more by painting and weathering the rear wall. Using Halfords red primer, thinned down matt black and a dusting of weathering powders. Quite pleased how its turned out. The smaller front wall had just been painted. I need to sort out a pipe bridge to hide the entry/exit. All in good time. Paul
birdseyecircus
Just a little up date. The first picture shows some ballasting i did in September, then the layout was hidden away till a couple of nights ago. I did some weathering on the track, but still needs more. I have decided to leave the wall at the front off. As usual you always end up having a little fun with the stock! Paul 10
birdseyecircus
Not done much to it over the last year and it needs more detail bits adding. Nice to shuffle the shunters into a different order, or one loco and 2- 3 wagons. Paul.
