Popular Post SRman
Those of us who own cats or dogs know that their faces can be quite expressive. Both have the ability to smile, which seems to have been an adaptation geared towards domesticity with humans. Anyway, my two cats have been squabbling over squatting rights on a box on our dining table. Sykes normally dominates, but if he gets off it Hattie will jump straight out of the little basket she has taken to and hop onto the box. I persuaded them to share at one stage, by the simple expedient of showing them the squirt bottle. The other day I got this photo: it is just like having kids squabbling over something. Sykes is really not happy. 22

RMweb Premium Andy Hayter Posted September 10, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 10, 2021 But collared and presumably loved and cared for. A neighbour brought us a kitten they had found in the garden two weeks ago. Suffering from cat flu (coryza), he was clearly suffering. They could not look after him because of allergies. A couple of weeks, some of it rather anxious when he refused (or had forgotten how) to eat, and he is well on the mend. 1 6
