RMweb Premium Popular Post Dave Hunt Posted June 1 RMweb Premium Popular Post Share Posted June 1 The pump in the garden pond now fixed (the culprit was a large lump of moss that had detached itself from the surrounding stones and become lodged where no moss should go). ✔️ Outside cleaning done as far as is possible until the washed down bits dry out - to be revisited sometime. ✔️ Shopping shopped and for once met with approval, i.e., nothing forgotten and no unauthorised additions. ✔️ Meal for tonight prepared and ready for the application of heat. ✔️ An unexpected hour or so to spare whilst Jill is doing an eyelid inspection. To the shed methinks 😊 Byeee... Dave 16
RMweb Premium jamie92208 Posted June 1 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 1 In between baseboard construction efforts I've even managed to translate a parts list for the Corpet tank. I've learned a lot of obscure French nouns and also made some uneducated guesses.. I've also inspected my OO rolling stock, Flying Scotsman p, us some teaks and a green panneer plus a 15000 nez cassé in Silver and Maroon. RMweb Premium SM42 Posted June 1 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 1 Today's mooch about in Ostrow Wielkopolkie was a damp affair. Hat is still drying, but I happened upon an open day at the depot. It is national children's day today, so that was a good excuse. There were a couple of layouts there amongst the locos in the roundhouse and there were two locos giving rides up and down the yard. A Dragon ET43 ( very new)and an ET22. ( built 1987) The latter was in the charge of a 5 year old girl one way and a 7 year old lad the other. ( A qualified driver was supervising) Both were very good at it. I'm now slowly heading back to Poznan. The rest of my itinerary has been caped due to extended time in Ostrow Andy

AndyID
Lorna is a member of the local art association. Their annual art exhibition was this weekend. So far she has flogged sold four of her creations and has been invited to exhibit in two local galleries. I'm hoping to get a percentage for doing the frames 😆 11 6

Steamport Southport
Statues? We've got Superlambananas! Some preposterous idea that it's about GM food. Originally it was about Garston Docks where Welsh lambs went out and bananas came in. This is the daddy one, loads of smaller ones about as well. Here in Ukrainian colours because of Eurovision. 7 4
