The planted Snowdrops have been out a week here, But the self seeded are just begining to open , they are happily increasing every year.

Some of the daffs are beginning to show flower buds.

I'm sure Mr Hunt will be able to confirm that you won't get off the ground with those wings...

Think he needs to get his toe nails trimmed as well. I just don't know what Mrs HH will say when he walks in with nails like that.

Literally 'The Night Mail'

.

My first sight of a Transport for Wales Metro 'tram train' working, and drawing power from the overhead.

.

Taken at 01:10 this morning, as it arrived at Radyr to collect newly delivered classmate 398005, and then remove it one stop up the line to the TfW Metro depot at Taffs Well.

.

She'll probably get out the branch loppers and trim them herself!

Where sheds are concerned, there's always more than one!

I call the conservatory on the back of the house the "glass shed", if that helps...

I can set up a model railway in the Glass Shed too! 😄

Sheds are as useful as garages.  Of course, I have an ordinary shed too, as well as a garage.

Is that your "Little Black Book"?

Saunters off, whistling...

Nyda is used to it.  We are wondering about a really long and twisted appearance for the summer.  However, it's slow progress:

I may have mentioned it before but I do have a somewhat larger than average shed that can also function as a garage and still contain a modest model railway.  Ofh dear has volume 3 just been started.  In my defence I did offer 10 Sq metres of it to Shed Aid.

Some years ago, the USA came up with a machine that filed off the hard skin from soles of users feet.

I believe it was briefly marketed as the Ped-o-file, before they realised their horrific error.

Not one of the advertising worlds finest moments.

Dr Scholl market them as the "Foot File"

Imagine all those tiny particles of fine hard skin floating about in the atmosphere....

I wish, I'm on gardening duties.

I wonder if Jill Hunt and Nyda have a secret messaging service and share ideas on thwarting our model railway ambitions?

Probably the best article on model railways that I’ve seen in the “mainstream media” for a long time:

https://thecritic.co.uk/death-of-the-model-railway/

Very interesting read but unless it shows up on the front page of the Times (London or New York, take your pick), the vast majority will never know the truth.

Note the I had never even heard of The Critic until your post! 😉

Of course they do. They are all part of the SWMBO underground network which all husbands cross at their peril. It's only RMwebs cloaking devices keep us safe.
