Even if a drone is recording images on your property, shooting it down or jamming it so it crashed is apparently an offence.

But what about another drone accidentally dropping some thread on its rotors?

We now have our own specialist service for this:

Dave's Drone Destruction Detachment:

Fifty quid (growled in an East London accent)

If the drone is close enough to be looking through your lounge window a fishing net would be sufficient to ruin its whole day, even if you only snagged one rotor.

More difficult cases require our services. We accept payment in cake and whisky.

Aditi used my PC yesterday for the first time I think. She has her own favoured machines but I do have a large monitor which helped as she was viewing 3 A4 pages. Anyway she said my keyboard was very dusty and suggested I clean it. This surprised me. However it wasn’t, it just looks dusty, I don’t know how the key finish is described but I suspect it isn’t “dust effect”.

I don't suppose it helps if I say that I've had a very good day. I got all my jobs done plus some.

Wood that's been cluttering up the garage delivered to church for their nativity scene. Tick.

Paper collected. Tick.

Fliers delivered for musical event. Tick.

Dog walked. Tick,

Christmas fair visited. Tick

More work done on last fencing panel. Tick

Evening meal scoffed. Tick.

Sitting here bored as there's c"*': on telly. Tick

You could always go out to your shed and do a bit of work on your layout.

Oh, wait a minute...........

Today I did some modelling. The intention was to apply transfers to a brake van I've been making then get on with something else.

Applying the transfers went well - at first.

Then the last one (it's always the last one isn't it?) went awry and by the time I'd messed about trying to straighten it, which resulted in crinkling and tearing it, it became obvious that I'd need to remove it and start again. Then whilst removing it I made a mess of the paintwork and ended up having to rub down and repaint part of the model.

I hate transfers.

Dave

And I didn't manage to get anything else done.

That cannot have happened as you earlier admitted to being Perfect!

There speaks someone who doesn't even realise they've been gotten.

Alas poor Andy I knew him well.

Oh I realise.

On the other hand there are various other pink jobs I get out of.

I get the blue jobs and sometimes the maroon jobs.

Overall I think income our slightly ahead as a blue job requires planning ( thinking about it by watching TV) and as there is no point of reference it takes as long as it takes.

Anything I feel will be too much faff I call in a trade.

The pink jobs are very difficult to farm out to trade.

An inspiring post. I thought I'd not done much today, but in the spirit of your post...

Got out of bed - tick.

Had breakfast - tick.

Read the papers - tick.

Had lunch - tick.

Mrs Shed went Christmas shopping without me - double tick.

Mrs Shed and Shed Jnr went to a pantomime without me - double, double tick.

Had a clear run at the TV accompanied by a splendid bottle of Italian red - multiple ticks.

An excellent day all told- (if not for the tediosity of a head cold that arrived on Thursday; but better now than Christmas Day 😃

Oh I like the colour coding. Do you have a big chart pinned up on the wall with all the jobs marked out and progress up dates. It must be very colourful with pink, blue and maroon. Are the updates in green - good; yellow - not so good and black scribble- rotten. Very rembrandtish.

No

Pink: hers

Blue: Mine

Maroon: Could go either way.
