The only cabinet we could move to position just like yours. About half an inch too wide to get through from the front to the rear of the shop. Bought a two metre folding table, that worked. If you are looking for screens we bought self assembly ones. Very sturdy frame but only thin screen, that keeps the price down. £35 + VAT. Fixed to counter etc with double sided tape. Free postage. Ask for the owner Phil, tell him we recommended him. Local to us, so we collected. Took two minutes to put together. https://meloworld.co.uk/product/covid-sneeze-guard-shield/

As a kid I dreamed of a 2 minute "run around" scooping locos off the stepped shelves as fast as I could LOL Keep up the good work mate, the Hornby "Sherwood" is fab

Trains4U
We generally have a pretty good range of quality second hand in stock. During the Covid closure, we ran most of our stock out via eBay, and dramatically depleted our stocks. I’m pleased to say, however, that since reopening, we’ve taken in a huge amount of stock and we are, again, bursting with stuff. included in this us some pretty rare and hard to find OO items. we like to give our customers a chance before any goes on ebay. here is a selection:

Now if you tell me that the Heljan Kestrel is still there, I'll grab my card and my car keys and see you in an hour. An impressive looking shop. You're not that far from me and it looks well worth a visit (Kestrel or not). Also I like the way you've handled C19- the instructions/ requests are clear and polite. Some places have really not got it right, with barking orders- even signs on the door 'sorry no personal callers today without an appointment'- fine, lose the sale then. Trains4U
Following todays announcement, from this Thursday Trains4U will be reverting to a “Click & Collect” service. We are anticipating keeping our phone lines manned during our usual opening hours, including Sundays. customers are able to collect from our front door or choose an appropriate delivery method. Click & Collect operations mean that we cannot allow customers inside, and orders must be paid for in advance (by phone or online) - there are no exceptions to this rule. We will continue to do our best to keep our customers supplied and we look forward to your continuing support. More detailed information will be posted as soon as government guidance and our operating procedures are finalised. Thanks Gareth 4
