The first edition was actually reprinted after the second was published and sold in the 'cheap' outlets like 'Book Works' and various garden centres. Il Grifone Posted May 12, 2010 Share Posted May 12, 2010 I solved this problem by getting both (they are somewhat complementary), but then I did find the first edition very cheaply (offer you can't refuse price) in Smith's sale.
