Well whether it is smashed into the ground as fast as a V2 by parcelfarce remains to be seen, but didn't they make the journey in a few minutes, not weeks?

Yes they went straight to V3:

The idea was the parcel would be fired straight across the channel, saving on transport costs

The big flaw was that Parcel Force hadn't developed a reliable way of catching them, ending up with lots of dropped parcels :jester:

Parcel? No no I'm the Viking Donkey here to recreate the Lindisfarne raids during the school hols. I did see the DHL Donkey heading south west in a pedalo about two days ago though . .

Contacted Parcelforce to ask why their site also shows it left Germany on Tuesday but hasn't arrived in the UK by now, they are sending someone out to look for the donkey . .

nah its known in the trade as Drop it Hide it Lose it .along with United Parcel Smashers ,Damaged Parcels Daily ,Herpes  & Whistle for it .
