Invicta Informant
The Erith Model Railway Society's annual January show, one of South East England's largest shows (and probably Kent’s largest by stand numbers), will return to The Longfield Academy for our third show there. Invicta Informant
The exhibition listings have been more or less finalised, aside from any last minute drop outs, and can be found here. However there is some trade space available and anybody interested should contact the Exhibition Manager Paul Plummer by email (erithmrs@gmail.com) or by mobile (07736 560956) as soon as possible. It might be gone by tomorrow! I merely maintain the club website, do some publicity, do some club admin bits and produce a quarterly fanzine for the members of the club. Crofton
Looking forward to coming to Longfield again, this time with Camlas. It looks a good line-up of layouts and traders - well done Paul. Chris
AberDG
Paul (Whitcan) and myself are looking forward to attending with our demo and also Harchester Stabling Point. Please come over and say hello; this is a new show for us, thanks Paul for inviting us, and also off patch for us, as we're usually found in the realm of SWAG. Cheers, John
Invicta Informant
The exhibition listings have been finalised, aside from any last minute drop outs, and can be found here. There is due to be 112 stands at the show, though the listings go up to 114 as Stand No. 23 (N gauge layout Manor Avenue linked to Simplified Point Control) and No. 45 (second-hand trader Ray Morris) have withdrawn. There is due to be 39 layouts in attendance, which including a number of layouts from the West Sussex N Gauge Society who are bringing a number of small layouts to the show this year rather than their modular layout. The Erith club's own Fleet Lane is Stand No. 79 and can be found in Anderson College. Camlas and Harchester Stabling Point are Stand Nos. 66 and 65 respectively and both can be found in the Sports Hall. For those travelling by public transport, there appears to be no engineering works that would disrupt train travel to and from Longfield (located on the Chatham Main Line between Meopham and Farningham Road) for the weekend of the show. I will post any further news when I receive it from Paul the Exhibition Manager. Edited January 23, 2018 by Invicta Informant
Southernfrance
"James Street" will be there after it's success at Warley last year, so please come and introduce yourselves! Looking forward to a good show Dave
Invicta Informant
James Street is Stand 27 and can be found in the Theatre. There is some off-site parking available at a day nursery in Brickfield Farm just up the road from the venue, as it is likely (going by past experiences) that the on-site car park will fill up quickly on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The attachment is a map of the venue, which includes where the toilets are located.

Invicta Informant
From my understanding we have had a good day. We thankfully had the tennis courts for parking today (unlike last year), and we still run out of room on-site! There will be football (again) happening on-site on Sunday morning, as we have had people this morning parking and dropping off for football, drama and dance classes happening on-site. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Got to say a massive thank you to Stu and his team for chatting and allowing me to have a little play with Drewery Lane, a fantastic layout. Well done to everyone involved in a fine show. I'll post some pics when I get a chance. Steve.
