DonB
A burnt out brake van has been considered a feature in the past, so why should a caravan /mobile home be different on a layout?

RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted July 2, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 2, 2013 what? like how to keep it going for a two day show?? There used to be competitions for pipe-smokers, to see who could stay alight for longest. Anyway, an old Tri-ang M7 firebox-glow plus a Seuthe smoke unit and the job's done. RMweb Premium Indomitable026 Posted July 2, 2013 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 2, 2013 Topic - reset The "Valiant Thunderer" http://www.hondawanderer.com/50008_50015_Bodmin_Parkway_1991.htm I've just acquired a model of Thunderer and I plan to get one of Valiant. I plan to put them on the Par curve on the layout to represent this Newquay to Manchester Railtour. A railtour I had the good fortune to be on. Anyone got any shots of it in the Par/ St Blazey/ Newquay area?

RMweb Premium 2ManySpams Posted July 2, 2013 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted July 2, 2013 BEST THREAD EVER! Sorry....... Best, Pete. As D says, we never take ourselves too seriously and aim to enjoy the hobby. Despite all the p155 taking, some reasonable modelling does happen from time to time and folk seem to like the results. Carry on enjoying the 'resets'.....
