I have posted this on this site before, but anyway - here's CPR V-4-A #6947 ‘stuffed and mounted’ outdoors at the semi-ghost town of Sandon, BC:

The track to Sandon was abandoned in 1957, and the engine had to be moved in by road in 1997.

Sorry - I forgot - can we have another non-UK 8-coupled loco?

How about this. Probably the most northerly railway I'll ever get to, IIRC about 700 miles from the North Pole. Former railway serving coal mines (I think) at Ny-Alesund on Spitzburgen (or Svalbard if you prefer).

More stuffed and mounted please - any gauge.

(Edit - sorry, I keep forgetting - how about a train ferry/barge next?)

One small step removed from stuffed & mounted but definitely unusual.  Knowle Jill Steam Rally in 2004 included a temporary (for two days only!) n.g. industrial line with two engines, tippler wagons and a steam navvy.  The steam navvy loadded the wagons which were then shunted to the other siding to unload on the heap the steam navvy was digging from to load the wagons - definitely different.
