Our hire "car"..... They had no mid-size vehicles available, so got this for the same price.

Keeping road related -how about level crossings next? With or without trains and/or vehicles.

I'll start it off with this - about 600yards from the above picture. Alabama Junction, Savannah, GA.

Level crossings I have plenty of. Here's a small selection from NZ.

Dc 4790 and Dft 7335 with an empty coal train arriving  at Huntly East mine January 2010. This is the same train in my post yesterday. Unfortunately the mine itself has since closed.

Dft 7173 and Dl 9423 sitting in the loop at Te Puna waiting for a westbound train to pass. February 2016

Hampden Park is one of those stations where trains in two directions call at both platforms. North of the station the track forks with one line going east to Hastings and Ashford International and one going west to Lewes and Brighton or London. Southwards all trains go to Eastbourne where they reverse. Most trains only stop there once, before or after the Eastbourne stop.

More of a barrow crossing I suppose, but I'm sure motor vehicles have gone over it.

Just off the platform at Kidderminster, the Sunday of Warley weekend 2016. On the right Tornado is taking water, as soon it would be heading back to Stewarts Lane.

BG John - is that view looking north or south? My aunt used to live only yards away from Bramley station and I regularly pass through it on my way to see relatives in Dorset.
