Popular Post KNP Posted Thursday at 05:58 Author Popular Post Share Posted Thursday at 05:58 Every now and then you take a picture that works and for me its this one. Camera on the tripod with the extension arm at its furthest reaches and then the picture taken back diagonally towards the engine shed. What caught my eye, was how the layout just seemed to disappear into the distance with no disenable break , I know this was my aim but this picture just caught it right. Even after all these years I can still surprise myself with pictures. 35 5

It also shows how successfully you've done the scenery in areas that are, presumably, more difficult to appreciate from normal viewing angles. Personally I've never bothered about how scenery looks from the "wrong" side as it were, but you've got it spot on. Brilliant. 5

Popular Post KNP Posted yesterday at 06:27 Author Popular Post Share Posted yesterday at 06:27 Peaceful, quiet start to a nice sunny day with everything thing, and one, waking up at a nice leisurely pace ready for another hectic day at LM Even the scarecrow looks tranquil or as someone said....'outstanding in his field' which must be true as there is not a bird in sight...!

If the farmer was being inventive he could have built a scarecrow which acts like a weathercock - the wind turns it as well as 'flapping' some of the clothing, creating movement and noise to deter those pesky pigeons. Or is it a private investigator staking out Rose Cottage down the hill?
