RMweb Premium Popular Post Gedward Posted August 4 RMweb Premium Popular Post Share Posted August 4 Today marks my 5th RMweb anniversary. After a 30 year hiatus, I was amazed at how much the hobby had grown in that time. Static grass and DCC were just two of the big changes I noticed. So many great layouts on display, but as I've said before, seeing LM for the first time, was a game changer. It was and continues to be a huge inspiration to me and all the Little M'ers out there. And was one of the reasons I finally decided to get back into the hobby with Bovey Tor. Thanks a bunch Kevin! 13 1 1

Winslow Boy
Nothing quite like doing a job you enjoy. However its the other bars stewards who enjoy making your life hell who seem to thrive.

But Small Prairies are simple country engines, who have no truck with the established church. They are Chapel-goers. Either way, some lovely modelling Kevin. 4 1
Popular Post KNP
Ohhh..(exasperated voice) I know I gave you a work sheet this morning Charlie to get the morning local passenger service ready but really???? You did a great job but just because I hadn't listed the sides as being needed surely a bit of common sense could have prevailed! And no we can't advertise it as a coach with a panoramic view and one you feel the breeze on your face? You just can't get the staff these days...... New Dapol toplight composite coach being worked on, inside has been toned down with a black/grey wash and a matt varnish to loose the 'plastic look' (I hope) 20

Popular Post KNP
Then as of yesterday afternoon where I had to stop to let the paint dry. I knew I was pushing the process a bit when I started running a very sharp pencil along the door lines to give it a shadow and the painted lifted!!!! Painted just one for now to see if I was going in the right direction and didn't ruin all three.....? You can see the first two doors lined with pencil and then I realised stop....until today.
