KNP
28xx funny.....well to me anyway. Cab interior painted but needed to work out how to hook the engine to the revised tender with my homemade chassis. Well here is my answer.... Coupling rod from original model modified to accept a Pozidrive 25mm number 4 wood screw with the end sawn off, a nut made of 40thou plastic and guess what it fits with the right gap between the two. Now it works this will be glued in place and line. No one can see it especially as it is painted black... Fire glow light removed and hole filled with plastic door. Floor raised so it is more inline with the tender as there was quite a difference in height between the two. Now for the crew, some Modelu figures have arrived just need painting... 11 7

Now I see, a water scoop to go with the vacuum cylinder Now the right way up…… Can’t see that wood screw. Now to work out how to fit the brake rodding. A fifth Pannier, in my defence it is different type as it has only half a roof!!! This will receive the full treatment, most obvious is straightening those tank vents that seem to be falling a sleep....! Might even make into a working DC model.....? Glad to have been of service Kevin. As discussed in my messages, it was clearly unloved by the people I acquired it from with some other items more relevant to my railway. Looking forward to seeing it go through the LM Workshop. It looks very much at home already.

Popular Post phil.c
Nice picture, but why is it that all model sheep are so thin, I couldn't help it.....I had to modify mine with some filler 23
MrWolf
I bought some resin cast sheep from Serious-Play on eBay. They are much rounder and reminiscent of the kind of animal that stands in the middle of country roads, trying to stare down cars. A bit like Friday night idiots in towns. 2

Popular Post KNP
The purpose of this picture was to frame the front door/window of the derelict cottage with the two conifers making that the centre of attention but I bet your eyes are drawn to the two pigeons on the roof of the grounded van.....!
