MrWolf
Maybe Encombe Town's off scene cattle dock is made from it. Judging from the outside framed station building, LM was built late 1800s to standard gauge only. Today's bogus history lesson was brought to you by the numbers 4, 8 and 0.5".... 3

Still a contender for the semi vertical takeoff and landing aircraft of choice in the mid 1930's. Popular Post KNP
Waiting in the bay platform, the local morning service to LM is ready for the off. Jimmy just stares on casually with no apparent interest, mind you he has seen all before. Perhaps he is looking for the culprit that knocked the lamp sideways? Popular Post KNP
Lets see how the Permanent Way train is getting 0n. So 4550 backed the present stock back down the harbour siding for your inspection... Just added two ballast wagons that are now complete and ready for transfers and additional weathering. Having to wait at the moment as the transfers ordered from HMRS are still on their way as I have run out of suitable ones. One daft thing that looks so much better is opening the yard gates, why I modelled them shut in the first place I have no idea!! Big discussions currently being held in the LM paint shop about what livery to put on these two wagons. If I put the 16" GW letters on I can't fit the rest in the space, like the number is too long and overlaps the G. So, as this is 1938, and the GW changed to smaller letters in 36/37 this might be my answer to the conundrum.... Anybody got any ideas or pictures of these wagons that could help? Thanks Edited April 24, 2022 by KNP

Interesting. I was told some years ago by an architectural photographer, never to take pictures of a closed door or gate if it could possibly be opened, and I think it is a good prinicpal. I imagine that it is because the eye is led through and beyond. Tony 11 5 3
