Thanks, @Mikkel , for your kind words. I thought such annoyances would not recur by not ballasting the passenger station points. Logic suggests either 'go back to work to pay for someone else to build it' or 'do not have points.' And I expected modern fly-wheel locos to ride through the brief gaps like the old Dyna-Drive models. It is so infuriating. Sorry; whine ended. I found an old Hornby VEA to divert me with another 'doors open' cameo while I mull it all over.
